General Information

Venus minibus hire has been operating for over 17 years in Sussex and conforms to standards and rules laid down by the Department Of Transport.

Deposits paid may be lost if booking is subsequently canceled by the passengers.

The minimum callout charge for a bus is £80.00. This will suffice for most local trips for 16 passengers within 10 miles from Brighton central. If you have 5 passengers and need to travel within town, then a taxi will be cheaper option than using our service.  

We reserve the right to charge   your Credit Card for any Damage or deliberate act of vandalism to our vehicles  

Food or drink is not permitted on our buses. We shall gladly stop if you need refreshments on route.

Face paints or other ink is not allowed on our buses as it might stain the seats resulting in a charge.

Fares are worked out on information given to us by the passengers. Additional stops or reroute on the day may result in additional charges.

Passengers are requested to keep to pick up times as we might have another pick up to go to after you.

Children of certain age might need child seats to safely sit on our seats . we do not provide these. Please check the legal requirement.

Passengers who suffer from travel sickness are encouraged to sit on the front seats with the driver to help with this problem.

Passengers who abuse or show any signs of violence will be off loaded without refunds.

In our 17 years of service we have never charged anyone for damage nor had to off load any passengers from our buses. We hope to keep this record intact for the future.
